General introduction

Effortless (2021) by Greg McKeown challenges the belief that achieving meaningful results always requires intense effort or overexertion. Instead, this practical guide teaches us that accomplishing more often means doing less: less complexity, fewer distractions, and clearer boundaries. By cultivating gratitude, setting precise objectives, and simplifying daily tasks, we can reduce overwhelm and enhance productivity. Ultimately, McKeown provides straightforward techniques to maximize outcomes with minimal input, transforming demanding projects into manageable, effortless actions.
