General introduction

In the 2023 book “Life Worth Living”, a group of Yale professors delves into the complex question, "What does it mean to live well?". By exploring a broad spectrum of philosophical and theological ideas, they aim to simplify this daunting question. The book is designed to help you discover and articulate your own vision of a meaningful life. It encourages readers to use these diverse philosophies as a springboard to understand what is most important to them and to translate this understanding into actionable steps toward a fulfilling life.
