About the author

Chris van Tulleken, an associate professor at University College London and an infectious diseases doctor with a medical degree from Oxford and a PhD in molecular virology, is renowned for his extensive research and broadcasting work. He collaborates with organizations like UNICEF and the World Health Organization on studies related to corporate influences on child nutrition. Additionally, van Tulleken is an author and broadcaster, having co-authored "Operation Ouch!" (2017) and won two BAFTAs1 for his educational programming on BBC television and radio.
